Feladatok

How will your days be spent with us?

• Managing, preparing monthly and quarterly closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial standards.
• Preparing pre- and post-calculations to support decision-making and cost transparency.
• Contributing to the development of financial plans, forecasts, and analytical reports.
• Producing commercial and margin reports, providing clear insights for management.
• Conducting plan vs. actual cost analyses and identifying key variances.
• Overseeing and validating material movement transactions within the system.
• Monitoring production and sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Serving as a data analyst within the proAlpha ERP environment, ensuring data accuracy and supporting continuous process improvements.

Elvárások

You are the perfect candidate for this mission if you have

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial insights.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, while you are more an analytical profile rather than a traditional accounting person.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
